By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated
Processing times may increase during high-demand periods, product launches, or holidays
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays
We reserve the right to delay processing if additional verification is required.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers such as:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
Shipping method selection (if available) will be presented at checkout.
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on your location and order details.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Package weight and dimensions
Destination location
Selected shipping method
We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
Carrier issues
Weather conditions
Customs processing (for international orders)

Guardians of Iman is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information:
The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs
We are not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect information
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:
Guardians of Iman is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we may assist in initiating an investigation, but resolution is subject to the carrier’s policies.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos of the packaging and product
We will review and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
9. International Shipping
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing
We are not responsible for delays, fees, or confiscation by customs authorities
10. Split Shipments
We reserve the right to ship orders in multiple packages if necessary.
There will be no additional cost to the customer for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
11. Risk of Loss
All orders become the responsibility of the customer once they are transferred to the shipping carrier.
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment.
12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable:
The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees
Original shipping costs will not be refunded
Additional fees may apply for reshipment
13. Shipping Restrictions
