  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx

Shipping method selection (if available) will be presented at checkout.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on your location and order details.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Guardians of Iman is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we may assist in initiating an investigation, but resolution is subject to the carrier’s policies.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

We will review and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

9. International Shipping

10. Split Shipments

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment.

If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable:

  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

  • Additional fees may apply for reshipment
